Stop Self -Sabotage using Advanced Hypnosis Protocols because you may:
"Why do I self-sabotage?"
"Why is my behavior the complete opposite of what I want?"
Self-sabotage occurs when your conscious mind (the one that is making your goals to eat more vegetables, save more money, floss every night, stop smoking, reduce eating chocolates every night, stop procrastinating, make new friends, apply for a new job, etc.) is at odds with your subconscious mind (the part that controls over 85% of your life).
When there is a disconnect between your conscious goals and your subconscious mind's goals, you can bet self-sabotaging behavior will always show up.
Your subconscious mind MUST agree with your goals.
It is critical that it does not see your goals to improve yourself as a threat. It must not feel afraid of your new goal. To change. To be better. To improve.
Familiarity is safe. Change is threatening.
Self- Sabotage is truly an unconscious attempt at self protection or self-preservation.
Have you ever felt like a fraud when you have already started working on a new goal? I have felt it whenever I have attempted to accomplish or try something new and possibly a lot of people knowing about it.
Why? For me and many people (not everyone), it is the subconscious way of "damage control."
It starts to think in this manner, "the more success you have, the greater the pain of disappointment "if" you fail. So you subconscious will start to sabotage you.
"Also, there is nothing in your past that indicates you have ever accomplished anything like this. So what makes you think you can do this now?" So you subconscious will start to sabotage you.
"Plus, you risk being criticized, made fun of and humiliated if you fail in this endeavor." So you subconscious will start to sabotage you.
"So let me (you subconscious mind) protect you right now you by creating obstacles, self-sabotaging behavior, so you do not feel the humiliation and pain of disappointment plus failure."
Here are a couple of ways our subconscious can sabotage us:
These feelings and actions move you away from your desired goal of (exercising, studying, doing work that matters, folding clothes, making that important phone call, or sending that critical email...etc.)
The reasons why you self-sabotage will not make sense to your conscious mind. But your subconscious mind knows and is causing all these crazy feelings and actions.
Ultimately, you find it impossible to be the type of person you want to be.
