Yes You Can Stop Smoking &  Vaping With Hypnosis. Here's Why. (All it takes is about 4 hours and a desire to quit.)

I use a variety of Advance Hypnosis Modalities and other therapeutic modalities,  to help you stop smoking cigarettes with no side effects and fast. There are no horrible cravings similar to when people stop cold turkey. All this with 4 hours of one on one work with me.

All sessions are done through ZOOM especially during this pandemic session.

My goal is to:

~ break your desire for cigarettes.

~ the false belief that your life is going to be harder without cigarettes.

~ the false belief that your life is going to be  less enjoyable without cigarettes.

~ the false belief that you will suffer really bad withdrawals.

~ the false belief that you will go through life constantly craving cigarettes.

~ to break off, disconnect the false association and beliefs that you "need" cigarettes when you do these things - when feeling bored, starting your morning, to calm yourself when you are feeling upset or stressed, it gives you confidence, when you have a drink, after a meal, helps you concentrate, helps you socialize, etc.

I know that this feeling is real for you.

That sensation is real, and it comes from a maladaptive belief that resides deep in your subconscious. Together, you and I will deep dive and change it or switch it off.

Let's break that connection. You will reprogram your own subconscious with my help. I am there as a skilled hand to guide you, hand hold you and help you get the job done. The only person who has 100% control is you.

The biggest fear my clients have is that they will be stuck having a craving and have this torturous and constant battle inside them to smoke / not smoke for the rest of their life.

This only happens because the person has only "consciously" decided to stop smoking.  However,  the desire and impulse to smoke really comes from the "Subconscious or Unconscious Level."  That is where the change has to take place.

Why use Hypnosis to stop smoking? Because,  it speaks in the programming language of the subconscious. It is an effective, gentle, and relaxing way to eliminate the cravings.

Hypnosis does it in such a way that you have no desire for it at the subconscious level.

You start to think and feel like all the healthier people around who can't even stand to think of smoking.  Buying and lighting up a cigarette is not even an option in their mind.

No matter how strong your will power and desire are to stop smoking, this awful habit waits when you are feeling weak to strike you. That is the problem with will power.

Hypnosis makes it feel so natural not to smoke.

The desire and craving is no longer there.

Be cigarette free. Break the habit. Break the false beliefs. Break the cravings at the subconscious level.
