About Me

I am a Certified Hypnotist and a Respiratory Therapist, who has helped many people overcome obstacles that stand in their way. I specialize in helping working professionals eliminate or better manage Self-Doubt, Imposter Syndrome, Irrational Fears, Stopping Your Insecurities From Limiting Your Life, and Stop Habits that no longer serve you. I am a firm believer and practitioner in the "Practical" Law Of Attraction and Personal Responsibility. I will share what has worked for myself and my clients. 

From time to time, I know my life and my clients life has been unnecessarily harder, because of outdated subconscious beliefs that appear rational, fears that paralyze us from taking the right action, blind spots in our thinking that we were not aware of, and stressful events we simply did not know how to respond to appropriately. They all have limited us, made us make not so good decisions, and stunted our growth. So, so much wasted time. Enough already!

I know from my own personal life and from helping many clients: all it takes is just one small shift at the subconscious level, a release, a change in perspective, a decision, an insight, a realization that drastically improves our lives for the better. My goal is to create an avenue for that to happen for you.

Seriously, this is not for self-development junkies, stagnant learners waiting for checks/relationship/life experiences/feelings to magically just show up. "Someday" just does not exist, at least for my clients and me. We are finally waking up and starting to realize that all there is, is the power of now.

Life is ultimately a journey that we all partake either as a passenger or as someone sitting in the driver's seat. There are many things in life we do not have control; however, there are many things we do have influence off. It will be fun, uplifting, effective, to clear obstacles that show up in your life and capitalize on opportunities that life brings your way.

Many of us are blind to the profound capabilities in us. At the same time, we appear to be innocent victims of our subconscious mind that self sabotages all our good intentions. We can improve on that.

In 2019 I was invited and successfully held 11 workshops at Penn Medicine Radnor and one event at Penn Family Medicine & Penn Sleep Center in Phoenixville.  It was for their staff.

Six of the workshops were on "Stop Food Cravings In Its Track" and five workshops were on "Effectively Handling Overwhelm ."

I was teaching them subconscious interventions and techniques that make a real difference in their personal life.

 My speciality is that I stop your subconscious from sabotaging you. 

What I do is a subconscious intervention where, "together", we reprogram your subconscious mind not to sabotage you but work with you to achieve goals that are important to you. Release anxiousness, fears, cravings, unwanted weight, or any behaviors that are limiting your life.

I am  a certified hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH). Founded in 1951, the NGH is the oldest and largest hypnosis organization of its kind. In addition to being trained and certified by the NGH, I have studied with some of the most skilled hypnotists and personal change experts in the country. I am proud to be a  practitioner and a Certified Virtual Gastric Band Practitioner. This unique combination of trainings has enabled me to develop effective programs to help clients change their habits and approaches towards food and diet so they can have lasting weight loss success.
